At Kappa Psi Beta Xi, recruitment is more than just an introduction to our fraternity—it marks the beginning of a lifelong Brotherhood rooted in leadership, service, and genuine connection. We’re eager to meet students who are passionate, driven, and ready to make a lasting impact in the field of pharmacy. The pledging process spans eight weeks and includes weekly meetings on Thursday evenings. To remain in good standing as a brother, members must meet a 70/30 participation standard and earn five PPF (Philanthropy, Professional, Fundraising) points each full semester. To be eligible for a bid, students must attend a minimum of three recruitment events, including Formal Recruitment. We encourage you to be yourself, talk to as many brothers as possible, and trust the process—we’re not looking for perfection, we’re looking to truly get to know you. Dues are $125 for pledging, $325 per semester for active members (PY1–PY3), $125 for PY4 members, $175 MBA/MPH dual degree students, and $175 for Asheville students.
